La Mosaique. The Crowne Plaza has a true understanding of taste. Our guests are offered a choice of cuisine - fresh and healtthy, well prepared and beautifully presented. The spacious, elegant La Mosaique Restaurant is open 24 hours serving a choice of buffets and A la carte menus to suit every pallet.
